Together we’ll agree a simple plan for how we’ll work together, the first priorities, and the order we’ll tackle them. I’ll gather any logins/files and set up a shared to-do so you can see progress at a glance.

I get to work: unplugging bottlenecks, keeping core operations moving, and pushing your goals forward. You’ll get live updates on the status of our projects via Click-up and can adjust time lines and priorities as needed

FAQ’s

  • No. Retainers are month-to-month and paid at the start of each month before work begins. While there’s no lock-in, I recommend a 3-month commitment to set up your systems, processes and simple automations.

  • No. Your retainer provides a set number of hours each month; any unused time expires at month-end. I’ll work with you to create a simple plan so you get the most from your hours.

  • No extra hours are added. We stick to the hours in your package so I can honour time for all clients. If we reach the cap, we’ll re-prioritise and schedule the remaining work for next month (or you can upgrade your package for future months). I’ll flag when we’re close to the limit so we can plan ahead.

  • Yes. This is a month-to-month retainer with no lock-in. You can pause or cancel with 30 days’ notice before your next billing date. If notice is given later than that, the next month will still be billed and will be your final month. Payments are non-refundable and unused hours expire at month-end. If you pause, I can’t guarantee your slot will be held; recommencement is subject to my availability.

  • Everything related to delivering your work counts: task work; file prep/asset creation; ClickUp/email comms; short check-ins; meetings (including 15-minute update calls); setup/admin for your account; and revisions. Invoicing is not counted.
    Important: tasks are pre-agreed. New tasks or changes to scope are added by agreement and may affect timelines and how we allocate your hours.

  • We’ll use ClickUp for live status updates on your projects so you can see progress at any time. You’ll be able to send comments, requests and questions via ClickUp. You’ll get a link to book a 15-minute update call (which is available up to twice per month). Time spent on calls and communications is included in your hours. I reply within one business day, Mon–Fri.
